America under different eyes

L'America sotto occhi diversi

Correva l'anno 1492 quando Cristoforo Colombo, esploratore e navigatore Italiano, scoprì l'America. Partendo dall'intenzione iniziale del brave navigator we can say that he wanted to find a way to get shorter in the eastern lands in the fifteenth century that represented places of intense trade between Asia and Europe, with the use of its geographical knowledge thought to do a route opposite to normal, therefore go from Europe to the west. Leaving important dates in history but not worthy of relevance to this article, we go to the landing in the Americas. Theories worthy of historical revisionism to suggest a "discovery" of America much earlier than Columbus' by the Vikings who had preceded the Italian navigator for less than 5 centuries. Returning to Columbus in 1492, that hey, it is precisely the date at which you start Age Modern, we can say that only a few years after it was discovered, thanks to other navigators, including Amerigo Vespucci, the ones that really "Indian" was a new continent, indeed a "New World". Readily many Europeans moved to America. We will see how religious and business leaders migrated to these lands that were a "open book" for the future of the planet. There is a doubt: "But these lands were populated" the answer is "Yes". The new continent was populated by 80 million people. In about 50 years to 80 million Native Americans were now 10 million. What happened then? Part of Native Americans died from diseases brought by Europeans the new continent. But this was not the main reason for this "genocide." The religious who wanted to take their word that these peoples were not always correct behavior against those who did not accept the new religion and every occasion was a reason "morally right" to kill many of these people. On the other hand the settlers who came from Europe wanted to subjugate these peoples in the name of slavery, which almost guaranteed their labor costs, in addition to conquer these new lands. The clashes were inevitable and due to advanced European weapons technology takes only a few thousand soldiers to defeat the Native Americans. Later, the settlers in North America that were tied to their homeland in Europe, volettero their freedom and were established following a civil war that has the highest number of deaths among all civil wars, as many as 800 thousand; born then the United States of America or USA today clearly reflect this would be something monstrous, much more terrifying Holocaust. By this we mean that all European citizens of the fifteenth century were like the American colonists? Certainly not. In America we went to the people in Europe had not had "success" or did not feel free being bound by the laws of European nations, people who earn this success to have exterminated an entire people. No wonder then if the U.S. is celebrated on Columbus Day, or the day of the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus, a holiday that brings with it the memory of the extermination of millions of people as no surprise if the U.S. during the 30s developed the racism that affects the white but he killed so many blacks, racial hatred that already existed in the nineteenth century, then we can also point the finger at these people who led the U.S. capitalism "frenzy" that has done that in the world 2% of the world population has 40 % of capital around the world and 50% live on $ 1 a day are dying of hunger. Here, at this capitalism with no rules you can blame for this genocide and all the events that affect our day planet. In fact, most of the settlers were Puritans and bourgeois merchants. Puritanism spread to England in the sixteenth century, the precepts of his two most important were the direct faith with God, which abolished the hierarchy of the Catholic Church and Anglo-Saxon, and hard work to atone for their sins. The bourgeois merchants who emigrated to America just went there because they would find a place without laws binding their business. Thus, of the Puritan religion and the intense commercial activity that drove middle-class merchants in America, capitalism was born different from what you had in Europe. After independence, the U.S. was able to develop modern capitalism in abnormally without limits or laws that prevents this, because the head of the U.S. there were people who made laws in favor of capitalism and made legal in Europe, something that was illegal. The slave trade meant that the major owners of farmland have industries or labor at minimum prices. Banks began to have more money and more power and they joined together, creating increasingly powerful banking associations. Over the years, American Indians disappeared slowly. In the nineteenth century, Sitting Bull, leader of the Sioux (Indian tribes), not accepting what the new owners of those lands, which for centuries had been experienced by indigenous people, came into conflict with the U.S. Although Sitting Bull met 3500 Sioux warriors and won the famous Battle of Little Bighorn, failed to win the war definitely. However, we can not only remember Sitting Bull as a great leader and warrior, but also as a "prophet" and wise man. Quoting one of his famous phrase: "When you have killed the last buffalo, cut down the last tree, the last river dried up, you'll find that you can not eat money accumulated in your bank" we can say that he predicted with two centuries in advance our global economic situation. The U.S. had by then already in hand across the public and could handle any situation in their favor.
Dopo aver ottenuto maximum control over public opinion on the economy and American capitalism has wanted to spread around the world. The twentieth century, this expansion has begun and is still operating under our noses. During the First World War the U.S. has not yet entered a plea at war trying to get in the wars since the banks are enhanced enormously in giving huge loans to the state. The U.S. went to war when the trans-Atlantic "Lusitania" was torpedoed by German submarines. Looking good can be said that the incident was an "auto-attack": the ship Lusitania had to go through war zones in England and Germany then sent a message to U.S. and U.S. newspapers did publish this message that the U.S. warned that if the Lusitania had crossed these seas could be attacked and all liability did not fall on Germany. In spite of this the U.S. made from the Lusitania was torpedoed, and that there were 1200 victims. The public was led by the banks that changed after this incident and was in favor of the war so that thousands of people entered the army as volunteers. At the end of the war, the Fed earned $ 200 million. During World War II the method of "car-bomb" was used again. During the famous attack on Pearl Harbor in '41 the U.S. already knew the intentions of Japan, but did nothing to prevent this because they knew it was a good opportunity to go to war. The opportunity was too good to attack Japan with atomic bomb that was designed in the U.S. during the Manhattan Project atomic bomb that also guaranteed the U.S. military hegemony. In '60 it was presented again to the new auto-attack to conflict with Cuba Cuban situation similar to that occurred in Vietnam and other countries. After submitting those states economically, the U.S. had only need of energy resources, so in many states that have oil resources the U.S. gave loans to these states so that they could help the population, but these loans were helping only those industries that were obviously were gestite da Statunitensi; perciò lo stato non potendo ripagare questi prestiti veniva costretto a vendere petrolio agli U.S.A. a basso prezzo e molte industrie Statunitensi vengono poste li poiché la manodopera ha prezzi bassi. Nel Venezuela ci fu una situazione molto but similar to the Cuban leader of all there was, and still is, President Hugo Chavez in 2002 after three years of his presidency there was a coup against Chavez that he wanted to help his people with oil, this coup is not enough to change public opinion that saw Chavez as a "dictator" because the people were really tied to Chavez. Finally we can see how the system works completely in the other U.S. economic stake in Iraq were pulling, not being able to bribe President Saddam Hussein and even to assassinate the U.S. went to war with Iraq still using the method of self- to attack the twin towers, the government now commands the U.S. military in Iraq. In short, the whole mondo è comandato dal capitalismo.
