Led Zeppelin
Kashmir (1975)
I Rage Against the machine, with Wake Up (1994), we suggest that they have really taken a lot from Zeppelin
Achille's Last Stand (1976)
Iron Maiden must certainly have heard a lot this ... after hearing the "ride" that became the trademark of Steve Harris and members? This is not plagiarism, it is clear. Only, in a sense, the Zep had already written a basic vocabulary which was then revised and expanded by successive band. Continue ...
Ramble On (1969)
A great song, which combines folk and rock ... I now hear Pearl Jam with that wonderful masterpiece that is Black (1991)
Vedder and company have never made any secret of being influenced by Led Zeppelin. The Jam pay "officially" their tribute to Zeppelin with Given To Fly, which is a reference intended to Going To California.
influenza A less direct but important:
Black Dog (1971)
E "Guitarist" (1983) of our Kenny Rogers, enough nostalgia.
the anolog here is less obvious, but is in "tit for tat" between the voice and the riff.
I could go on, but I think I made some examples targeted, speaking of American bands (Rage Against The Machine and Pearl Jam, very different), English (Iron Maiden) and the very Italian Ivan Graziani. They range from rock mixed with rap, grunge, to metal and stained blues songwriting, but the influence zeppeliniana is clear in all these genres. You try to find some more examples would be very useful ... and trust that there are many:)
you soon!

Cruise Spots In Portland
* Breaking * The groove
Hello everyone!
Superstitious, by the great Stevie Wonder. Notice how the bass and drums carry parts very "simple" (the quotes are to indicate that it is really difficult to have that shot) down even play a single note, every quarter. The drummer gives some licks on Charleston, but the kick and the snare are quadratissime. And here clavi
intervenes to break the groove, with some decidedly more intricate in terms of rhythm. The groove was born right there. The carpet, made up of bass and drums, and keyboard riffs to break the rhythm.
Let's take another example:
Sex Machine, James Brown. The situation is similar, but the tools are different and have different functions: here the drums and guitar are the carpet, playing repetitive and linear pieces (remember, it is impossible play with that shot) and the low was moving a lot, creating the groove. Note that the guitar part never changes (except on exchange B), and try to count how many times the drummer plays a dish that is not the Charleston ... surprised? :)

Gay Hot Spots In Hertfordshire
An editorial is to shake the soul. I read with pleasure the Corsera just to concentrate on the writings of Sergio Romano.

Hello guys .. period a bit 'full and I can not write with the consistency I want, but I noticed that a little' breathing and is also used to be assimilitati best articles from readers ... We'll see! Today I would like to put on the plate some of the experiences I gained (along with many friends and musicians) and discuss it with you: it is how to behave when you go to play . This is a fairly broad discussion, I want to thrash out. Suppose you have to do a gig in a pub, club or something (such situations captain at all).
1. The punctuality! is too important to be precise in this respect. If you have agreed on a schedule, stick to it. It seems trivial, but it's amazing how the delay (and in some cases, the advance payment) can irritate those who work with you. If one or more band members have other commitments (work or other similar things) and are unable to comply with the time it is good to notify the organizer of the evening with a good notice.
2. On stage, order! Avoid installing all your instruments and start playing, even when the drummer is still unloading the truck or his car. Rather, help and plan to mount everything without stepping on the foot. This rule applies if you play three times in a place where there is no noise and the sounds you need to do. To play there will be time to soundcheck and during the evening, it makes no sense to try the stairs, slap or paradiddle when maybe there is still all wired microphones. Assemble the equipment, make sure everything is ok, and then try to help others.
3. The soundcheck . Try to work with the engineer. The engineer is your best friend . He probably will give the operator the most important review about your performance. Do whatever he tells you, and says nothing when not playing! During the check, play with the intensity with which performed in concert (ie especially for singers and drummers, who have a tendency to keep a lot and then unleashed later, with a consequent imbalance in the volumes of instruments). When you decide which tools to have in light, be ordered. One at a time ask what you want to hear in the monitor, the others must be ready to play in order to speed up (ok example: singer: "I get up the guitar in spy?" Guitar "SBREEEENG" not ok example: singer: "I get up the guitar in spy?" guitar "eh wait ... I turned off all aspe rekindling, wait, etc. etc...") Once made the sounds, try only a couple of pieces and go eat. Avoid having a concert at seven in the evening, nobody cares and will not make it down the batteries.
4. Behaviour in local . This seems obvious, but I've seen things you people would not even imagine. You are not at home. You guests. Burps, farts, swears and screams (!) Are not allowed. Try not to overdo the eating and drinking (especially before the concert), especially in places where you go for the first time (in my experience there are many hospitality operators, who are happy to make you gulp, but you can not know from before) . If the girlfriends or wives or friends you have followed since soundcheck, the operator must know in order to organize the dinner (and probably must pay, as it should). Again, things seem trivial and obvious, but I've seen all sorts really.
End of the first part:)

My Goldfish Looks Furry
virtuosity produces monsters.
Hello, regular readers (it seems that the blog is working well .. let's hear) ... Today I wanted to offer an interesting discussion which mainly deals with guitarists, bassists and drummers as well. We are often led astray by listening , especially when we listen to music with high exposure technique and virtuosity.
What do I mean?
Listening to a virtuoso of the instrument tends to make us forget the musical component (often This is ... is not true that making lots of notes automatically become expressionless, cold, and no swimming is the sport most complete). The problem is mainly of the listener-musician who, dazzled by the virtuosity , forget to bring the case to the arrangement, the sound, the phrasing and all those things that make him a complete musician. Shining example for guitarists: Steve Vai Although I'm not sure a huge fan, I recognize in him a deep musical and certainly the brilliant insights that have, in addition to an instrumental technique of the first order. There are many of his fans (I'm generalizing, try to understand what I'm talking about) trying to emulate him in every way but focus only on the most dazzling of his music-making: virtuosity, precisely. Forget the rest, we have legions of aspiring guitarists with a sound and a touch controversial, without a shadow of phrasing, but with a high propensity to virtuosity (how many times I repeated that word today?), Oblivious to the fact that Mr. Go In addition to technique of the first order, also has other qualities. Then, whether we like it or not is a matter of taste, but some parameters are objective! The same can be applied for when the bass are blinded by some kind of funk and begin to släppa unashamedly influenced by Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten and others (who have yet another depth, of course), or just discover that the drummers Mike Portnoy begin to move with exaggerated accents and their suonaggio * * (a neologism that is now commonly accepted). I am also firmly convinced that the antipathy that has to be said a little virtuosos 'envy, and a bit' by the fact that there are many of their fans who can not grasp the music behind the virtuosity , which often is not free.
What do you think? ... I hope that you have understood the speech:) Matt

Pokemon With Biggest Boobs
E 'Monday, and I have a stomach ache ...
Hello Friends .. now I really have little time to write, but I'd like to tell you a video Learning that few know of the great regret and never enough Danny Gatton (if you do not know, I would recommend buying the album Cruising Deuces 88 Elmira St. and . , but ultimately anything goes). The proposed exercise is conceptually very simple, and aims to emulate banjo rolls on guitar. Regardless of whether you like it or not the country, is very effective to improve your hybrid picking and untie the ring finger (I played the regular pattern of the right hand for a week and I felt miracle ). Generally not a true lover of the exercises, but this was truly useful, musical and exciting (at least for me!)
Go Danny! :)
(report an error on the overlay titles at 0:54 ... the 3rd finger goes with the 1st string, and not with the 3rd, as erroneously reported)

Systemsprotect Reviews
Ieri sera camminavo allegramente sulla via Tuscolana of Rome. As I looked around, I see a pigeon in a corner. That he was asleep and blissful quiet. The spirit of my reporter-style "Jonathan size adventure has taken over. I immediately launched into a historical as stoic reportage: the contempt of danger, daring and courage pioneering communication company, I have earned the Pulitzer Prize for photography ...
But there's more. Today it rained and to return home was in danger of "fracicarmi. I needed an umbrella. After much searching, I finally found it.
It took courage and barbaric face as his ass to go around with an umbrella like this: I own both!

Supersonic Portable Tv With Antenna
This poor man is the symbol of Italy. Using the word in this is because Mike Bongiorno and will be much longer than that is our country. A country that found a form, a style, a way, does not change and does not plan to turn the page. 50-year television run in the same way: tone and the same arguments, the editorial policies almost unchanged. Until the encounter with Fiorello that transformed him into the perfect shoulder. He has not changed even after losing the lead role. Fiorello the "mocked" and he continued to behave the same way. In the same way as always. For this reason, Mike is Italy. And in our country unless you change and you always line up, if you're always in the right without worrying about the motives of those who think I'm wrong, then you have careers, jobs, economic satisfaction. And you can go on for 50 years. Here, Mike Bongiorno flag for me is the rampant servility. Then when you just can not do more to see you, to pay, you download. Maybe even in a bad way, but still at 80 years booed. And like a script for those who have given everything, especially when you do not, here comes a contract somewhere else. More than 80 years strasuonati. Need to rejuvenate the company's image, go to work for another company that could represent the new. At 85 years ultrastrasuonati. Then, when you die consistency all Italian proposes to grant a state funeral in the cathedral in Milan. Organised by your old employer, as well as persidente council. "He leaves the Italian teleisione" - "A teacher" - "Another piece of history is gone," etc. etc.. Hello Mike, an example of yes sir.

Blog Black Cock White Chiks
The Italian comedy has found new forms of beauty. It seemed impossible to reverse the slow route to the decline of one of the genres most characteristic of the beautiful country (?). Strongly linked to the style impressed by Monicelli, bitter and disillusioned, Comedy finds new lease of life thanks to the news "rosapolitica" . Here are two pictures of the best players of the current revived and television broadcast on Rai 1 every day at 13:30.
